I bought a matterss/box spring set from The Mattress Doctor about a year ago. Within six months, I was waking up with back pains; it was apparent that my bed was too soft. I use to call it "the hammock" because you could see where I laid in the bed. I contacted The Mattress Doctor with this problem and they had my bed fixed within two weeks free of charge. I will always consider The Mattress Doctor my first stop when shopping for mattresses or other accessories for my bedroom. A very positive experience!
